Our HOST Dry Extraction cleaning method only uses about a teaspoon of liquid per square foot of carpet to get the carpets cleaned. The traditional wet cleaning method uses about 40 times that amount. Half to a full cup of liquid per sq.ft. is normal for the wet cleaning process, which leaves wasted water to evaporate.

Moisture is essential for mold and mildew growth. With our low moisture cleaning system, not only do we not promote humidity for growth of mold and mildew, but our cleaning removes mold spores providing a better environment for breathing.

With our deep down brushing, the removal of dust and pet dander is a key element in removing the food source for dust mites to live. The agitation from brushing also allows for allergens to be reduced or removed from carpet fibers.

By using minimal liquid, the humidity of the home is kept to low level in our dry cleaning process. Wet cleaning methods; require the use of excessive electricity to run fans and air conditioners to remove the high humidity levels produced by the wet cleaning process.

Cleaners used in our cleaning process are mild and safe. Our cleaners are not classified as hazardous by OSHA, instead our cleaners are safe in the home, and are biodegradable.
